      What is SAT?

The Digital SAT is a new format of the SAT test introduced by the College Board, transitioning from the traditional paper and pencil format to a digital assessment platform. This new version of the SAT is designed to be taken on a laptop or tablet, offering a more up-to-date testing experience. Some fundamental changes include the test being shorter, about 2 hours instead of 3, with shorter reading passages, using a calculator throughout the Math section, and implementing multistage adaptive testing, which dynamically adapts to a student’s proficiency level. The digital SAT aims to be easier to take, more secure, and more relevant than the previous format.

As it is an international examination, SAT preparation classes are recommended to students to secure better results. SAT has the following components: Reading, Writing & Language, and Math. The exam is scored on a scale of 400 to 1600. To fare well, students go for the best SAT preparation classes. Schools also consider your high school GPA, academic transcript, letters of recommendation, extracurricular activities, interviews and personal essays. The weight placed on SAT scores in admissions varies from school to school making the need for the best SAT preparation classes in UAE extremely necessary. SAT is held every year in October, December, March and May. For more details, visit www.collegeboard.org .
